1. What are your office hours?
Monday to Thursday
10:00am to 4:00pm MT
We close for the following holidays:
Jan 1 - New Years Day, Feb 14 - Valentines Day, Easter, Last two weeks in May, July 1st, July 4th, Labor Day, Canadian Thanksgiving, Nov 11 - Remembrance Day, US Thanksgiving, Christmas.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
We process orders as soon as possible. Each order is handled by a real live human and we take care of our customers. If you would like to speak to someone please contact us at 1-877-597-3883 during our office hours.
We try to fill orders within 3 working days of receiving them, but shipping can take up to 2 weeks. So expect your order in 2 to 3 weeks from ordering. We will notify you if there is a back order or unusual delay. BE SURE you give us your correct contact information when you order. We cannot communicate with you if we can't find you.
3. How much is Shipping and Handling?
Shipping within the USA and Canada --- For call in, fax, or email orders we add 15%, or less, to the order total.
For online (through pay pal) we charge the following:
under $20 = $5
$20 to $40 = $7
$40 to $60= $10
$60 to 100 = $15
over $100 = $18 (some restrictions may apply)International orders will be charge more. Please contact us for a quote. (Back to the top)

7. Can I get a copy of your catalogue?

8. How can I purchase other than using Pay pal?
While the most convenient method of ordering is via our web site and Pay pal, we also offer a PDF order form
you can download, fill in, and fax or mail back to us. This allows you to pay using cheque, money order, or by

9. Will You Publish My Book?
We have several criteria for publishing books. THIS is NOT for printing, we will print your materials even if they don't meet the criteria for publishing.
